Integrated Marketing Campaign · Edinburgh Fringe 2026

What started as a simple two-sided flyer design grew into an integrated campaign of social media assets, print collateral, and short-form video to promote an Asian-American artist’s story to an international audience at the 2026 Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Theatre taught me one of the most useful lessons I’ve carried into every kind of creative work: know your story and who you’re talking to. I bring that same audience awareness to design, marketing, writing, and content, combining strategy with a storyteller’s instinct for character, humor, pacing, and the moments that make people pay attention.

Performance also asks you to step outside your own perspective and see the world through someone else’s eyes. After years of inhabiting different characters and circumstances, empathy has become an essential part of how I tell stories: understanding what matters to people, what moves them, and what makes them feel seen.

Whether it’s a poster, a social post, or a how-to guide, every project starts with the story and the audience. I bring those same storytelling instincts to helping brands, organizations, and fellow creatives connect genuinely with the people they want to reach.

Performance

A comedic character actress with a signature voice, classical theatre training, and a knack for making quirky, intelligent women unforgettable.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Columbus State University, I have performed across regional theatre, new work, independent film, and voiceover, with credits including Actors Express, Woodstock Arts, CenterStage North, and the sold-out 2025 SheATL production honeyhole. I make my New York City theatre debut this season as Trudy in Betty's Summer Vacation with The Heights Players.

About Katie Jacoby

Katie Jacoby's potrait with a smiling face on a burgundy backdrop.

I'm Katie: a designer, storyteller, and multi-passionate creative who loves helping good ideas find their audience. My work lives at the intersection of visual design, marketing, writing, content, and performance, united by one question: what's the story?

I’m the person who shows up early, does the research, asks questions, welcomes feedback, and will probably come to the table with three more ideas than you asked for.

I love the messy, collaborative process of turning an idea into something real, and I’m always ready to learn a new skill, solve an unexpected problem, or make the people around me laugh along the way.
